1920's Condo Turned Modern Loft

I haven't liked a lot of the new loft-style condos, either the floorplans are off, the walls of glass windows look over a parking lot rather than a gorgeous city skyline, or the colors are crazy and it looks like a "Real World" house from the 90s.
