Affordable New Construction at Meridian Hill Park

Over the weekend I checked out Tenacity Group's new condo project, very affordable studio and 1BR units on 15th Street just at the top of Meridian Hill Park in Columbia Heights. These are a very good product for the price. High end finishes in the kitchens and baths (granite counters, a great range, marble showers), bamboo floors, and fancy windows that block traffic noise are a few of the features that make these such a great buy. The units range from $159,000- $359,000 with low condo fees. Downsides- not a lot of closet space! The neighborhood is eclectic, the building is across from another upscale condo development, but it sits on a street of older rowhouses with front porches, some renovated, some in disrepair.
