Last night I had dinner with my aunt Roxanne Quigley who is a Real Estate agent in Winnetka, IL. She was telling me about the challenges she faced starting in the business, mainly because when she became an agent, interest rates were at the historic high of 18%. It made me feel incredibly lucky that rates are so much more affordable, and make home-financing possible. Clink the above link to see a graph of average interest rates over the last few decades.
