Congress Passes Extension of FTHB Credit

Got word yesterday afternoon that the extension of 2009's first time homebuyer tax credit has been extended to April 2010! It's not in effect until signed by President Obama which should happen any day. The National Association of Realtors designed this chart with everything you need to know!
