My wonderful petite 1BR listing in LeDroit Park went to settlement yesterday. The buyer mentioned that one of his selling points for LeDroit Park was it's fantastic farmer's market (I haven't been but now plan to check it out). He loves most of my client's bright color choices throughout the condo but plans to re-paint her beloved red kitchen!
