Enough people call MoCo's tax ridiculous and it's dropped

Two days ago I blogged about the absurd new transfer and recordation tax applied to short sales and apparently enough people made noise that less than a week after it's introduction, it's already been repealed. The local title attorneys and Greater Area Association of Realtors did a great job getting the word out about this and getting it pulled quickly!
