I adore this tiny house on Capitol Hill. It is perfect for a buyer who only needs a one bedroom but wants a house rather than a condo. This 1 BR house is recently renovated and has exposed brick in the living room as well as a backyard. The only downside I saw was no real dining area so you will have to have those dinner parties in the summer and sit outside! Click here for pictures.
